SHIPPING & RETURNS
We're receiving our Rein Sensors in small batches. The next batch is expected to arrive in January 2021.
Your shipping costs are not included in the price. They are calculated based on the region you are ordering from. Shipping will be done from the Netherlands, using the most optimal agency for your region. Your items will be shipped without insured shipping.
The following rates are used:
Within the Netherlands: 6.50 €
To Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the UK, and Sweden: 8.90 €
To other European countries and Russia: 12.60 €
Outside of Europe and Russia: 18.20 €
More information on package size and weight will be provided later.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can return it within fourteen (14) calendar days. To return an item, please contact our customer service by calling +31(0) 628787668 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reference “IPOS Online Return”.
From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except on public holidays), employees are available to assist you with the return.
The items must be returned unused and in good condition to our Return Center (see address below), accompanied by a completed return form and a copy of the packing slip.
The refund of the price of the item and of any taxes will take place according to the original method of payment when purchasing the item. This also applies to items that have been received as gifts. If you return a gift, the buyer will receive a refund according to the original method of payment when purchasing the item.
Shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the item is returned due to damage or defect. See the section Damaged or defective products below.
Refunds do not take place when it comes to the following:
Software that we have delivered to you unused and sealed and whose seal has been broken or which you have successfully downloaded from the IPOS website.
Follow the instructions below when packaging and returning the product(s). For correct processing of the returned product by us, it is important that these instructions are followed.
Send the article in its original packaging.
Carefully pack the item so that it cannot be damaged during transport. We advise using a box and bubble wrap.
Include a copy of the packing slip (present with your shipment). We cannot process a return shipment without a packing slip.
IPOS then arranges for the product to be picked up by a carrier designated by IPOS. You will be contacted in advance about a suitable time and place for retrieval.

Damaged or defective products
To return a damaged or defective item within fourteen (14) days of purchase, please contact our customer service on number +31(0) 628787668 or by e-mail at email@example.com with the reference “IPOS Online Return “. From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except on public holidays), employees are available to assist you with the return.
Our customer service will give you instructions for returning. After receiving the item, the price of the item and any taxes will be refunded. Refunds are made according to the original method of payment when purchasing the item.
Products that prove defective within fourteen (14) days of purchase are covered under IPOS’s warranty policy and are repaired or replaced in an IPOS Service Center.
Go to the warranty to send a product for warranty service. Here you can find the locations of the IPOS Service Centers. Visit the local site for details on sending a product to the IPOS Service Center. Remember to send a copy of your original proof of purchase.
